by using this service as a client you understand that you are pre-paying to reserve you time for services, Clients can reschedule services up to 48 hour prior to appointment or cancel with in 48 hour for a refund. There will be a $10 processing fee for cancelations deducted from refund amounts. Services may only be rescheduled once per a session. You understand that after services are provided your payment amount is no longer refundable to you.

Service Description

In this therapeutic exercise, you will create a Zen Garden using step-by-step instructions. Basic tools, rakes, stones, and some figurines will be provided. You will be led to create different scenarios or manipulate your garden to fulfill your goals. Exercises with directives will be left with you for future practice. This exercise is most effective for those who need repetitive or natural grounding techniques. Clients with ADHD, anxiety, or depression find this activity soothing. The natural quality of this exercise can provide clients with opportunities to practice focusing skills. After the session, you will be led in a small discussion of your art to promote self-understanding and reflection. Experience the healing power of art with our therapeutic art sessions. Explore your emotions and express yourself through art in a supportive way in the familiar environment of your home. No artistic skills are required, just a desire to improve your well-being.
