Cancellation Policy

At Least 3 prepaid guests are required to hold a party open and need to be paid no later then 2 days before the actual party event date. Other guest are welcome to pay cash at event however I will only bring a limited number of extra supplies. Tickets are non-refundable unless event is canceled due to lack of participants. You will receive a cancelation email and a full refund if event is canceled by Artastic Color for this reason or another (Illness or emergency). You will receive email notification at least 48 hours before event and a full refund within 7 days
